Fiza Afzal has stepped into a new leadership role as Human Resources Manager at JZARR, marking a significant milestone in her professional journey within HR, psychology, and organizational development.
With a strong academic background in Clinical Psychology and practical experience across diverse HR and mental health domains, she brings a unique people-centric approach to human resource management. In her current role at JZARR, she is responsible for leading HR operations, talent management, and organizational development initiatives while fostering a workplace culture that emphasizes employee well-being, engagement, and performance excellence.
Previously, she served as Human Resources Manager at Notes Marketing, where she managed end-to-end HR functions including payroll, global HR operations, and strategic workforce planning. She also worked as Assistant Manager Human Resources at Wolfox Global Technologies and as Human Resource Officer at A-FORWARD, where she contributed to recruitment, HR planning, and employee development strategies. In addition, her clinical exposure as a Trainee Psychologist at Jinnah Sindh Medical University and internship at Aga Khan University Hospital strengthened her expertise in psychological assessment, counseling, and mental health support, which she integrates into her HR practice for more empathetic and effective talent management.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Bahria University, combining academic insight with real-world HR and psychological experience.
