CSS Tutorial: Position absolute, relative, fixed, and sticky in CSS Class #12
Hello Viewers, In Today's video we will discuss everything you need to know about CSS. We are going to learn about the most important property of CSS called Position we will take a look at a very simple and small example to demonstrate how different values of this property of position work and I am going to show you a practical example of where to use them.
1. Absolute: Remains in original position, but by default disturbs other elements - initially only.
2. Relative: Remains in its original position, but can be moved around without disturbing other elements.
3. fixed: Remains in original position, but by default disturbs other elements - initially only - also stays fixed on screen when scrolling up/down.
4. Sticky: Sticky are positioned depending on the user’s scroll. A sticky element behaves like a relative element until the viewport meets a specified position. Then it becomes fixed in a spot and appears to “stick” to the page as the user scrolls.
