βAllah does not change the condition of a people until they change themselves.β (Qurβan 13:11)
If you have to work anyway, do it with a smile instead of resentment.
Complaining about change wonβt slow it down. Hating AI wonβt stop it. The world is moving fast. You can either drag your feet and exhaust yourself, or step forward with curiosity and learn whatβs reshaping your field.
AI adoption is accelerating at an unprecedented pace. This is not a distant future risk, it is already reshaping workplaces. Routine and repetitive roles are the most vulnerable: data entry operators, basic graphic designers, customer support agents, junior content writers, and even entry-level analysts.
For example, a single marketer using AI tools today can create content, analyze data, design visuals, and automate campaigns in hours which would previously require a small team and several days.
This does not mean jobs will simply disappear. It means job descriptions are changing. The real risk is not AI itself , it is refusing to learn it.
Those who upskill, experiment, and integrate AI into their field will multiply their value. Those who remain reluctant to adapt may gradually be replaced not just by AI, but by professionals who know how to use it effectively.
The choice is clear: adapt, evolve, and lead or resist and risk being left behind.
