**Salary:** Dependent on Experience, Range: 40,000 PKR - 70,000 PKR
**Job Description:**
**Overview:**
PIE Solutions Pvt LTD is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of HR experience and will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, talent acquisition, and HR administration.
**Responsibilities:**
1. **Recruitment:**
- Identify and attract top talent for call center staff, web developers, graphic designers, and digital marketing positions.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand their hiring needs and preferences.
2. **Talent Acquisition:**
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet staffing requirements.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
3. **HR Administration:**
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
- Handle employee queries, concerns, and HR-related inquiries.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
4. **Employee Relations:**
- Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and conflicts.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Promote employee engagement and retention.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant HR experience.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
