Sunfire Logics is looking for a dedicated Upwork Bidding Executive to join our team on a full-time, in-person basis. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of software, web, and mobile app development, along with hands-on experience bidding on the Upwork platform. This role demands excellent English communication skills and the ability to create persuasive, customized proposals that align with client requirements. Key Responsibilities
- Analyze client requirements in detail to fully understand project scope and objectives.
- Develop clear, compelling, and tailored proposals for various bids on Upwork.
- Maintain ongoing communication with potential clients to nurture engagement and improve the likelihood of winning projects.
- Prepare accurate estimates and quotations based on project specifications and client needs.
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of experience bidding on Upwork or similar freelancing platforms.
- Strong knowledge of software development, web development, and mobile app development processes.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to write effective proposals customized to different client needs and project types.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
