*Role Summary:*

We are looking for a talented Business Development Officer to help drive business growth through sales and marketing of our software products and services. The Business Development Officer will be responsible for achieving revenue targets by identifying, developing and closing business opportunities.

*Responsibilities:*

Research and identify potential clients, new markets and business opportunities for the company's software solutions
Initiate contact with potential leads through cold calling, email and other means
Arrange and represent the company at meetings with prospective clients to understand needs and promote products/services
Manage and develop existing client accounts to maximize revenue and identify up-sell/cross-sell opportunities
Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets by closing new business deals
Work closely with marketing to develop targeted campaigns for lead generation
