Ahad Animates

This project began with just two 2D character images.

I brought both references into Tripo AI, generated complete 3D versions of the characters, refined them for use, and then pushed everything further by turning the models into an animated scene.

What I like most about this workflow is how quickly an idea can move from a flat reference into something that actually feels alive in 3D.

2D Reference → 3D Model → Animated Result

Would you try this workflow for your own characters?

Started with two character reference images and turned them into fully usable 3D characters.

I used the images as references, converted both characters into detailed 3D models using Tripo AI, and then took those models into the next stage to create the final animation.

From a simple reference image to a complete 3D animated scene, this workflow makes the whole process much faster and more creative.

Reference Image → 3D Character → Animation

What do you think of the final result?

What you see online is only the final few seconds.

Behind every shoot, tutorial, brand project, and piece of content are hours of planning, recording, retakes, learning, and showing up again.

This is just a small glimpse of the work happening behind the camera.

Keep building. Keep learning. Keep creating.

The results will speak for the work you did when nobody was watching.

Everyone thought AI video tools would replace creators.

But tools can disappear overnight.

Platforms shut down. APIs get killed. Companies change direction.

Your understanding of lighting, composition, storytelling and visual taste stays with you.

The real advantage was never knowing one tool.

It was knowing the craft behind it.

Don’t chase every new tool.

Build skills that survive them.
