Reflection AI has unveiled Beam, a 501-billion-parameter mixture-of-experts model with 23 billion active parameters, built for coding. The company reports scores of 77.2 on SWE-Bench Pro v2-Hard and 80.1 on Terminal-Bench v2.1, and says it matches Z.ai's GLM-5.2 while using three to four times less inference compute.
