Job Details: Korean Campaign Customer Support Representative
About the Role
We are seeking dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Support Representative to join our team and support a specific Korean campaign. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Korean clients.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support:
Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Provide timely and accurate information and solutions to customer issues.
Assist customers with account setup, troubleshooting, and general product information.
Problem Solving:
Identify and resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently.
Escalate complex issues to appropriate team members for further assistance.
Language Proficiency:
Fluency in Korean and English, both verbal and written, is essential.
Data Entry and Reporting:
Accurately document customer interactions and update relevant systems.
Generate reports on customer interactions, trends, and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
Language Skills:
Fluent in Korean and English
Customer Service Experience:
Proven experience in customer service, call center, or related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
