Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated IBM Resilient Engineer to join our team and lead the deployment, configuration, and integration of IBM Resilient SOAR solutions for our clients. In this role, you will be a trusted technical advisor, delivering tailored solutions that help organizations automate and streamline their incident response processes.

Roles & Responsibilities

Deploy and configure IBM Resilient SOAR platform for clients.
Customize playbooks, workflows, data tables, and incident types based on client requirements.
Integrate IBM Resilient with various SIEMs, threat intelligence platforms, ticketing systems, and other third-party security tools.
Lead client workshops and requirement gathering sessions.
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver tailored, scalable SOAR solutions.
Develop documentation and deliver training for client teams on the use of IBM Resilient.
Provide post-deployment support and troubleshooting.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
2+ years of hands-on experience with IBM Resilient (SOAR) platform deployment and customization.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity operations, incident response, and SOC workflows.
Proficiency in Python scripting (used in playbooks and integrations).
Experience integrating SOAR tools with SIEMs (e.g., QRadar, Splunk), EDRs, threat intelligence feeds, etc.
Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and webhooks for integration development.
Familiarity with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow, JIRA, etc.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred: Candidates based in Saudi Arabia (KSA) who

🔧 Your Mission:
Deploy, configure, and manage TXOne Stellar agents and Portable Inspectors in real-world OT environments.
Own Level 1 & Level 2 support:
Monitor agent health and connectivity
Roll out software updates and agent patches
Collect and analyze logs for anomalies or threats
Escalate complex cases to TXOne support with clear diagnostics
Maintain up-to-date records of all incidents, fixes, and system changes.
