For eaxmple
Job 1 Proposal posted Costs 1 connect
Job 2 Proposal posted Costs 2 connect
Job 3 Proposal posted Costs 4 connect
Job 4 Proposal posted Costs 1 connect
Job 5 Proposal posted Costs 6 connect
Total connects used = 14 connects

If U start 2 interviews U have +20-14=+6 extra connects
Even if U get a single interview U still get 10 connects back

So this is achievable
Not just saying out of the blue
Practicing this daily

Continue to follow rule 2 for at least 2 - 3 months
Until U have sent at least 200 proposals

Once U have done that
Ur fear to send proposals will go away
And Ur speed will increase
Ur language will get better
Key is persistence and consistency

Alhamdulillah now almost daily I am interacting with someone on Upwork
And some kind of discussion is going on as well
This whole process keeps U motivated and keeps U going and firing

In the end
The most important thing to do is
"JUST SEND IT"
(Just send the freaking proposal dont overthink)

کامیابی کا راز ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ نان میڈیکل پوسٹ
میں نے پچھلے دنوں ایک شخص کا انٹرویو سنا
انٹرویو دینے والا دنیا کی کسی بڑی یونیورسٹی یا کالج تو دور کی بات شاید مڈل سکول تک بھی نہ گیا ہو گا
مگر کامیابی کا وہ راز بتا دیا کہ شاید ہی کوئی ڈگری والا کسی کو بتا پائے
وہ شخص ایک بکریاں پالنے والا چھوٹا سا فارمر ہے
اس سے پوچھا گیا کہ آپ کے پاس کتنی بکریاں ہیں اور سالانہ کتنا کما لیتے ہو
اس نے کہا میرے پاس اچھی نسل کی بارہ بکریاں ہیں اور جو مجھے سالانہ چھ لاکھ روپے دیتی ہیں جو ماہانہ پچاس ہزار بنتا ہے
مگر کیمرہ مین نے جب بکریوں کا ریوڑ دیکھا تو اس میں تیرہ بکریاں تھیں
اب اس نے تیرہویں بکری کے بارے میں پوچھا کہ یہ آپ نے گنتی میں شامل کیوں نہیں کی ؟
تو بکری پال کا جواب جو تھا وہ کمال کا تھا اور وہی جملہ دراصل کامیابی کا راز تھا
اس نے کہا کہ بارا بکریوں سے میں چھ لاکھ منافع حاصل کرتا ہوں اور اس تیرہویں بکری کے دو بچے ہوتے ہیں ایک کی قربانی کرتا ہوں اور دوسرا کسی مستحق غریب کو دے دیتا ہوں
اس لئے یہ بکری میں نے گنتی میں شامل نہیں کی
گویا یہ تیرہویں بکری بارہ بکریوں کی محافظ ہے اور باعث خیر وبرکت ہے
یقین کریں کہ یہ کوئی معمولی بات نہیں ہے۔
دنیا کے بڑے بڑے فلاسفروں کے فلسفے ایک طرف اور اس بکریاں پالنے والے نوجوان کا جملہ ایک طرف اپنا بڑا مقام رکھتا ہے
دعا ہے کہ اللہ پاک ہم سب کو اس بکروال نوجوان کی طرح اپنی حلال کمائی میں سے اللہ کی راہ میں خرچ کرنے کی توفیق عطا فرمائے۔ آمین
