I’ve been a bit quiet here lately. Not because I ran out of things to say. But because work has been full. Client projects. Deadlines. Real conversations. Alhamdulillah for that.
Soooo, how was your New Year, by the way?😍
What are you carrying into this year?
And what are you finally ready to let go of?
For me, this year feels heavier. But in a good way. Kind of like more intentional. Because I want to share something that’s been sitting with me for a while.
I’m setting a long-term goal to help create 5,000 online jobs for Muslims by 2030. Yes, you read that right!
I don’t have the full plan yet. And I’m not announcing anything official. But I know why I want to do this.
Over the past years, I’ve been constantly approached by Muslims who are incredibly talented. They are VAs. Marketers. Designers. Customer support. Project managers.
People who can do the work.
People who want to work.
But many of them never land stable online jobs. Not because they’re not good enough. But because the environment isn’t always a fit.
Some jobs compromise values.
Some bosses don’t understand boundaries.
Some systems just aren’t built with Muslims in mind.
And that bothers me.
I want to help connect Muslims to online, halal, faith-aligned work. Jobs where you don’t have to explain your values. Or compromise your principles. Or feel guilty just to earn.
So far, I’ve already helped 3 Muslim VAs get work.
One is working with my client where I am also part of the team, so we basically work together in this specific client, she's a fulltime VA. Alhamdulillah. And we're also onboarding additional one for this client.
And the other 2 I referred to my previous clients.
It’s small, but it’s real. The vision is bigger. And I’m happy I’m able to help them find jobs where they don’t have to compromise their principles and values as Muslims.

There are thousands of highly skilled Muslims, especially from the Philippines, quietly looking for work with bosses who understand them.
And if you’re a Muslim looking for online work, I’m thinking of creating a simple sign-up form soon.
Nothing fancy yet.
Just a place to start.
I’m sharing this openly because I’m still shaping the system. I’m open to ideas and I believe this should be built together.
If you have suggestions on how this 5,000 jobs vision can be done better, I’d genuinely love to hear from you.
This isn’t a launch. Just an update.
And a sincere intention. In shaa Allah
