CONVERGE FIBER X FAQ
1. Paano ang process?
PM us your exact mailing address, including house number, lot, block, baranggay, municipalities, Sketch/ screenshot of google map or your exact location and NAP BOX picture
2.Para saan ang pagbibigay ng full address at picture ng NAP BOX.
Para ma check namin thru our system kung may available slot or NAP BOX sa inyong lugar.
Ang NAP ( Network Access Point) ay ang BOX n nasa poste ng PENELCO na makikita sa lugar nyo, kung saan kumukuha ng slot para sa linya ng internet connection.
NOTE:
ONLY 8 - 16 slot are available per NAP
(GRAB UR SLOT)
3. Bakit meron naman NAP, Hndi pa din kami pwde kabitan?
Sorry for incovenience pero from NAP hanggang sa bahay nyo ay allowed lang po ang 250meters na layo, maximum of 300meters but we are still in process of our expansion, we will improve our service to serve you better in the future.

5. Meron po bang Installation Fee / Cash Out ? Magkano?
Yes po meron pong CASH OUT
- 1 month advance payment of your chosen plan to be paid upon installation.

6. Ang deposit ba ay 1 month advance?
Yes po, and your first bill consist of pro rated and 125php for staggered payment of Installation Fee.
7. Meron po bang lock in period?
Yes po, 24months / 2yrs lock in period
8. Ano po ang requirements?
- 1Valid ID with 3 specimen signatures
- Latest Proof of Billing
(water bill or electric bill)
9. Qualification?
Atleast 18yrs old of age and not older than 80yrs old
10. May bayad po b ang facility checking and application?
Wala po kau bbyaran, iaassist lng po kau. Para mapaprocess po agad ang application nyo. Mag babayad lng po kau sa installer kapag nainstallan na po kayo and with receipt po iyon.
