Please be advised that network restoration is currently on-going as our teams work hard to fix the service disruption affecting the Upland Area. While our team was fixing the damaged mainline cable affected by the recent electrical transformer fire, another electrical post unfortunately caught fire in the same area.

To stop these issues from happening again in the future and to ensure a stable connection, we need to move the mainline cable to a new path. Because this main connection supplies internet to all upland areas from San Vicente, Tabaco City—the exact place where these fires happened—all subscribers in the upland areas are currently affected. Moving this main cable to a new location will cause a delay in our work.

To guarantee a stable and reliable connection once service returns, we are following a careful, step-by-step process. Please rest assured that we are moving as fast as possible to fix the network and get everyone back online, while keeping the safety of our team as our top priority. Once the mainline cable is moved and fixed, your internet service will be restored.
