A bit of history; we always liked our chocolate chip cookie, we thought it was good, it's always been our policy to only sell something that's good. But the thing is we aren't really in the business to make something that's good, we want everything we make to be great, so the chocolate chip cookie has been reborn! With soft yet distinct undertones of caramelized sugar and molasses. And what was once possibly my personal least favorite cookie may now be my first choice; in short, I love it, and I think you will too. It's not just great for a vegan/GF cookie, it's just a great cookie period. Exactly how it should be.
