Good day!

Yesterday, all Heptagon Subscribers lost internet because PLDT's Backup plan was downgraded according to Heptagon. As of now they are fixing it and we have internet with GLOBE's Back up plan if you still don't have internet try to RESTART, unplug it for about 5 to 10 MINUTES just make sure it last 10 MINUTES so you can catch up with internet's back up plan Globe, sorry for the inconvenience because we were just reporting and it was unexpected.
