1. Provides out-patient first aid and nursing services including medical referral aligned with existing company policies and procedures
2. Ensures that the clinic is properly resourced to meet the requirements of the site
3. Maintain proper health reporting and recording system, ensuring medical confidentiality of clinic and patient information as well as providing non-confidential reports to site management as required. Identify potential occupational illnesses and refer to the company health adviser
4. Support existing site occupational health program including but not limited to: fitness to work (i.e. annual medical examination, pre-employment, exit, and fitness for duty), medical emergency response, information and health awareness drives, health and wellness program among others
5. Work with the site health team leader, OH Nurse, as well as members of the site health and ESH teams as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Sufficient knowledge in computer software such as Excel and Word.
Background in computerized accounting system.
Good in oral and written communication skills.
Applicants must be willing to work in Quezon City.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Checks the completeness and accuracy of documents such as Purchase Order, Sales Invoice and Delivery Receipts and Receiving Reports of accounts due for payment.
Prepares check voucher payment and submit the documents to authorized signatories for review and approval.
Reviews the Accounts Payable Aging Schedule and submit analysis.
Assists external auditors during yearly financial audits.
Summarizes the tax withheld from supplier on a monthly and quarterly basis.
