Description: Ma'am Heather had her 1st laptop checked wherein we replaced the defective charger, etc. This time assisted her in fixing her 2nd laptop's issue.

Resolution: Check the BIOS disk settings and repair the OS. It turns out that it needs to be reimaged or formatted. Open and clean the inside and outside of the laptop. Slave disk and back up files. Find a way to make the power adapter stable in the meantime. The unit was thoroughly tested after its release.

Other recommendation: Upgrade HDD - SSD and memory.
