🔹 Position: Call Center Trainer (Collections)
📍 Work Setup: Office-based
💰 Salary Package: Competitive base salary + allowances & performance incentives (to be discussed)
What You’ll Do:
✔️ Conduct onboarding training for new collections agents (systems, policies, negotiation techniques, and compliance)
✔️ Facilitate refresher and advanced training sessions
✔️ Develop and update training materials, scripts, and e-learning modules
✔️ Monitor calls and provide coaching on negotiation, objection handling, and payment arrangements
✔️ Identify training needs based on KPIs (recovery rates, call quality, and compliance)
✔️ Collaborate with Team Leaders and QA to improve performance
✔️ Track trainee progress and evaluate training effectiveness
✔️ Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards
What We’re Looking For:
🔹 Strong communication and facilitation skills
🔹 Experience in collections, debt recovery, or call center operations
🔹 Knowledge of negotiation techniques and collections strategies
🔹 Coaching and mentoring skills
🔹 Familiarity with CRM systems, dialers, and collections tools
🔹 Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills
🔹 Ability to handle sensitive financial situations professionally
Preferred Qualifications:
✔️ Bachelor’s degree (any relevant field)
✔️ Experience as a trainer or coach in collections
✔️ Knowledge of local and/or international collections regulations (a plus)
