Job Summary:
The Sportsbook Attendant is mainly responsible in providing first line support and customer service to bettors.

Responsibilities:
• Assisting bettors in placing their bets.
• Directly or indirectly handle or assist in live trading events
• Do marketing responsibilities such as but not limited to informing bettors of promotions and encouraging them to bet
• Ensuring that the cage fund is well-monitored and balanced at all times.
• Facilitating of pay outs for the winning tickets of the bettors
• Preparation and validation of tickets
• Provide customers with odds and other information related to sporting events and Bet way.
• Registration and creation of new bettor profiles in the System
• Responsible for ensuring correct and accurate information is relayed to the bettors
• Ensuring the counter is well attended at all times
• Any other reasonable task by management.

Qualifications:
• At least college level
• Willingness to work on shifting schedule, during weekends and holidays
• Customer oriented personality
• Good oral and written communication skills

Job Summary:
An IT Desktop Support will be in charge of monitoring and maintaining the computer systems and networks within an organization in a technical support role. If there are any issues or changes required, such as forgotten passwords, viruses or email issues, you'll be the first person employees will come to.

Responsibilities:
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printer and scanners
• Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades
• Talking to clients and customer users to determine the nature of problems
• Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults
• Repairing equipment and replacing parts
• Checking computer equipment for electrical safety
• Maintaining records of software licenses
• Managing stocks of equipment, consumables and other supplies.
• Systems and Network Administration

Required Skills:
• Linux and Windows Server OS
-Apache Server
-MySQL Server
-Windows Active Directory/ Domain Controller
• Desktop Publishing Software
• Routers and Switches
• Intel and AMD based hardware

Qualifications:
• Candidates must possess at least a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any equivalent programs
• At least 2 years' work experience in related position

JOB SUMMARY:

The Accounting Associate will be responsible for handling the day-to-day functions of the accounts payable and receivable areas. She/He is responsible for handling the financial and accounting documentation of clients

Responsibilities:
• Check, verify and process invoices
• Government Mandatories Monitoring
• EFPS Filing and Monitoring
• Prepare payments for signature
• Track expenses and process expense reports
• Code, post and receipt payments
• Perform all necessary account, bank and other reconciliations
• Monitoring of company schedule of payables
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies
• Perform other tasks as deemed appropriate

Job Requirements:
• At least 1 year relevant accounting or finance experience
• Graduate of Accounting or Business related course
• Attention to detail and an eye for a high level of accuracy
• Self-motivated and can work efficiently even under pressure
• Analytical and problem solver
• Multi-tasking skills
• Effective verbal and listening communication skills
