Stefanini Cares proudly joined the Angel’s Walk for Autism Awareness last April 26 at Mall of Asia.

The day began with a program featuring inspiring performances from our amazing Angels—children on the autism spectrum who reminded us of the beauty of uniqueness, talent, and courage. Their smiles and energy lit up the entire event.

After the program, we took part in the Angel’s Walk—walking together in support, acceptance, and inclusion for individuals with autism and their families. Every step we took was a step toward a more understanding and compassionate community.

Autism awareness goes beyond a single day. It’s about creating spaces where everyone feels seen, heard, and valued for who they are. The world is more meaningful, more colorful, and more complete because of them.

Together, let’s continue to celebrate differences and build a world where everyone belongs 💙

Last March 23, 2026, we had the honor of welcoming our global leaders, Marco Stefanini and Graca Sajovic. From the production walk where they met our amazing managers, team leads, and agents, to a truly impactful townhall session—every moment reminded us of how connected we are as one global team.

This wasn’t just a typical townhall. It became a space for real conversations—about the future of AI, the importance of embracing and adapting to change, and how we continue to grow together as an organization.

We also celebrated excellence through an awarding session per account, where Marco and Graca personally recognized and met our top performers—making the moment even more inspiring and meaningful for everyone.

To cap off the day, Stefanini Philippines prepared a special dinner featuring Filipino dishes, which Marco and Graca truly enjoyed—a simple yet heartfelt way of sharing our culture and hospitality.

Most importantly, it reinforced what truly defines us—Stefanini’s 5 Attitudes, with Humbleness standing out as a value that keeps us grounded as we move forward.

Grateful for the opportunity to connect, learn, celebrate, and be inspired. 💙

On March 21, 2026, our Stefanini Cares team had the privilege of visiting the incredible children at Asilo de San Vicente de Paul. From the moment we arrived, we felt the warmth of their smiles and the joy in the air.

We kicked off the day with an orientation, and the kids welcomed us with charming performances that lit up our hearts. Our ITO Director, Anton Lutero, shared some inspiring words, expressing our gratitude for the opportunity to give back.

The real fun began with games like Hep Hep Hooray and a Tongue Twister challenge (Pass the Message)! The laughter and excitement from the kids were absolutely infectious. It was a joy to see them enjoy the activities we prepared.

Before we shared a meal, the children amazed us once again with their performances, and some of our own team members couldn’t resist joining in on the fun with songs and dances. What a beautiful way to connect and share joy!

After a wonderful meal, we had the chance to tour the orphanage, leaving with full hearts and unforgettable memories.

A huge thank you to Asilo de San Vicente de Paul for welcoming us so warmly. We’re grateful for the chance to share love and support with these amazing kids! 💕

Yesterday, March 16, 2026, Stefanini Cares returned to Epifanio Delos Santos Elementary School for the Stefanini Academic Ally—our final visit for School Year 2025–2026.

We gathered 14 amazing project recipients from Pasay City National High School and Epifanio Delos Santos Elementary School. The students surprised us with heartfelt gifts—handmade bracelets, letters, and a touching video expressing their gratitude.

We also had the opportunity to check in with the students and their parents, listen to their stories, and see how they’ve been doing. The visit concluded with the awarding of financial assistance, as well as our sincere thanks for allowing us to be part of their journey.

To all Stefanini employees who continuously support this initiative—thank you from the bottom of our hearts. The Stefanini Academic Ally would not be possible without you. We may have said this many times, but we truly mean it: together, we are helping shape brighter futures, inspiring these children to dream bigger and work harder toward their goals.

And to our partner schools, thank you for giving us the opportunity to show what it truly means to care.

Q4 2025 Director’s Club

From recognition to celebration — we gathered last February 21 to honor our top performers at Bakebe S’Maison, where we held our awarding ceremony and shared sweet baked goodies as tokens of appreciation.

We capped off the celebration with a lunch at Jiang Nan Hotpot (MOA) — because wins like these deserve to be celebrated properly!
