Gamezone Café DOTA Tournament 2013

GAMES WILL BE 5v5
Game Settings:
Official Map = 6.77b
Drafting mode = Captain Mode(CM)
Game speed = Fast
Scoring = Scores are counted in towers destroyed and total kills of a team
TOURNAMENT RULES:
1. Save game at frequent/important intervals, e.g.
- First blood mark
- First tower of a certain lane down
- All first towers down (of a team)
- Roshan killed
- Every 10 kills
2. Ask to pause, then countdown 5 seconds. Resuming game should also include a countdown of 5 seconds. Each team is limited to 4 pauses.
3. No trashtalking. Any unnecessary chat in the 'All' chat will be considered violating the rules, and 1 demerit point will be given. Any kind of abusive lanuages will lead the teams disqualifications. If a team gets ten (10) demerit points, it will be banned automatically from competing.
4. No thumbdrivesto be used with tournament computers. Players may bring their own Keyboard/mouse though. This is to prevent maphacking. To further enforce this, make players take screenshots of their screen whenever someone is suspected of maphack.Any kind of cheat is strictly prohibited
5. BackDooring is allowed, However instances of teleport, Abuse are not allowed, you cannot use any form of teleport like (Furion Skill) to enter an enemy base unless your creeps are already in the base.
6. Creep blocking/showing is allowed only with hero model or by pulling. Blocking with skills like fissure is not allowed
7. Item sharing is allowed as long as game permits
8. During the power outage or disconnection, which unintentionally stops the game from running, the game will be started from the latest saved point.
9. Feeding is Allowed.
