Good news! 💙

Our team has successfully repaired the affected backbone fiber lines. We encountered three separate fiber cuts today, which caused service interruptions across Odiongan, San Andres, and Looc.

Service has now been restored in Odiongan and parts of San Andres, while restoration is still ongoing in Looc and other affected areas of San Andres.

📅 AUTOMATIC SUBSCRIPTION ADJUSTMENT

For customers affected by the outage, the downtime will be automatically added to your subscription period.

✅ No request or action is needed from you. Your subscription date will be adjusted automatically to account for the service interruption.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding as our team works to fully restore all affected services.
