The reason why sometimes di kami nagachange unit. It's because some issues are made by the buyers themselves. We ensure that the units are released in good condition, free of cracks or damage. Sguro if meron man issues factory defects na yon. Real talk lang ha but some buyers lalo na pagfirst time mag Iphone, sila talaga madaming issues kuno. Our units are Preowned Secondhand minsan di maiiwasan meron issues kaya meron kaming replacement warranty. Even Brandnew nagkakaissue din, di naman lahat perfect.😅

If you will compare android to Iphone mabilis talaga malowbat ang Iphone, lalo na pag low-end. Pero hindi po yan issue pero since ini-insist nyo nirereplace padin namin yan. Minsan ang Iphone bumababa battery health pero normal lang yan kasi ginagamit nyo naman. May mga lag issues, depende kasi yan sa paggamit nyo kung madaming apps tapos 16gb lang binili nyo. Kung mapatunayan na Factory Defect talaga dyan na kami nagachange unit. Sometimes kasi di naman issues yung complains nyo normal lang naman sa Iphone pero NIREREPLACE PADIN NAMIN.☺️

We replace as much as possible but it's really unfair for us naman if ang issue ay kagagawan nyo mismo, nalaglag, naipit or mahulog NO WARRANTY TALAGA.🙂
