🔹Key Account Manager/Dealer Development

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Ebike Sales in Dealer Development to join VITRONICS and contribute to our growth and success. You will be responsible for developing and managing our dealer network, selling 2 wheels, 3 wheels, and 4 wheels electric vehicles and accessories.
You will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and driving sales growth in your assigned region, the Philippines. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong sales acumen, and the ability to handle follow-ups efficiently.

🔹The Role
You will be responsible for :
Dealer Network Development:
• Identify and establish relationships with potential clients and dealers to expand our distribution network.
• Develop a thorough understanding of client and dealer needs and market trends.
• Create strategies to recruit, onboard, and maintain a strong network of clients and dealers across the Philippines.
• Effectively researching prospects and generating leads.
• Contact potential clients and dealers on the phone, by email, and in person.
Sales and Account Management:
• Meet or exceed sales targets by actively selling 2 wheels, 3 wheels, and 4 wheels Electric Vehicles, Ebikes ,motorcycles, and accessories. to clients and dealers.
• Prepare and send quotes and proposals to dealers and clients.
• Provide excellent account management, cultivate long-term relationships, and respond to client requests and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Industry Knowledge:
• Possess a good understanding of the Electric Vehicles, Ebikes and motorcycle industry, including market trends, competitor analysis, and consumer preferences.
• Stay up to date with industry developments and as needed, adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Collaboration:
• Work closely with the Sales and Marketing departments to develop effective sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and marketing materials.
• Provide feedback on market needs, customer preferences, and competitor activities to drive product development and marketing initiatives.
Travels:
• Travel within the Philippines to meet with clients, and dealers, and attend industry events.
• Conduct product presentations, negotiate contracts, and introduce new products to potential clients and dealers.
Sales Reporting and Analysis:
• Prepare regular sales reports, providing insights into sales performance.
• Participate in weekly Sales review and planning.
• Maintain accurate sales records, including sales reports, customer databases, and activity logs.
• Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth, optimize sales strategies, and improve overall sales effectiveness.
Ideal Profile
• With at least one (1) year of experience as a Sales Manager within the Electric Vehicles, Ebikes ,motorcycle industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent interpersonal skills are required to establish and maintain relationships with clients and dealers.
• Excellent phone and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and remotely, demonstrating self-motivation and accountability.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Willingness to travel within the Philippines (Luzon, Visayas, or Mindanao depending on the region the candidate is located) for client meetings and industry events.

We currently hire for onsite NCR operations, but open to work remotely for candidate who already have deep working experience in this industry.

Join our dynamic and growing team at VITRONICS. We are seeking a talented and experienced Company Accountant to manage all financial aspects of our organization and contribute to our continued success.

LOCATION: VITRONICS EBIKE Alabang, Madrigal Business Park, Ayala Alabang, Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage all financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and financial reporting
- Prepare and present financial statements and reports to senior management
- Develop and maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to guide strategic decision-making
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to support company growth and stability
- Collaborate with internal departments to streamline financial processes and improve overall efficiency
- Assist with external audits and tax preparations
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in accounting and finance
- Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, CPA certified
- Proven work experience as a Company Accountant
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and best practices
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- At least 2 years experience as an accountant
- Proficient in English writing and speaking
- Chinese language skills is a plus
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
