1.What are we selling?
We are selling second hand good as new iphones. When we say good as new, the phone is;
100% Battery Health
No dents, No scratch
Factory unlock
Truetone working
NO issue.
2.Second hand pero 100% battery health?
Kasi meron po tayong battery replacement sa phone meaning pinalitan po battery.
3.Baka boosted yan? Original ba yan?
Hindi po boosted, kaya po tayo may 3utools to check if the unit is really boosted and to show na ORIGINAL IPHONE po ang phone. Mas better ang battery replacement kesa boosted dahil ang boosted ay nadadaya battery health mabilis malowbat.
4.Battery lang po ba napalitan?
Yes battery and housing po kaya no scratch and dents ang unit. Ang battery na pinalit is not originally from apple dahil mahal po battery ni apple, ang battery na pinalitan is top grade na battery same quality and performance. But the housing is original po.
5.May apple warranty?
Wala po, since second hand po ang units natin ofcourse expired na ang apple warranty nyan pero we offer 2 weeks warranty for replacement but the unit is non-refundable.
Warranty is voided if;
Walang warranty sticker
May scratch or dents
LCD (nabasag, nabasa, naipit)
IOS update
Warranty coverage;
Incase magkaroon ng factory defect we will replace the phone with a new one. There are procedures po before replacing the unit.
6.Bakit voided kapag inupdate ios nya?
Since second hand po ang phone at expired na apple warranty nya. Iniiwasan natin ang “bug” sa phone after installation of updates. Phone bug are a type of malware or spyware that can be installed in different ways and it leads into crashing the system po ng phone natin.
7.Refurbished po ba?
YES, refurbished po meaning to say ang phone ay made to look new again by work such as painting, repairing, and cleaning. Original phone sya na may parts replacement like battery and housing to make the unit look good and new again.
8.Paano po process ng order nyo?
Since wala pa po tayong yellow basket we recommend our facebook account and page for transactions, once na makapag fill up ka ng form proceed tayo for 3utools and checking, set up and flex ng unit mo while on vc or video after approval po ninyo meron tayong downpayment for assurance po na kukunit nyo unit then ileless natin sya sa declared value na babayaran nyo kay LBC once na makapag downpayment proceed na agad sa shipment then update nalang via video/pictures while processing si LBC sa shipment as well the tracking number. LBC po ang ating logistic partner since mas trustable sila and mas mabilis ang delivery unlike other logistics.
9.Meron po kayo installment?
Wala papo as of now, on process palang ang installment natin.
10.Paluwagan po?
Wala po kaming paluwagan pero we can recommend some of the legit paluwagan stores we know that can offer you paluwagan.
11.Mode of Payment?
Bank transfer, Gcash, Paymaya, Cash
12.Legit po ba kayo?
Yes, we are DTI and BIR registered as online seller. We have proof of transactions and feedbacks from our previous customers.
13.May physical store?
Wala pa po as of now, di pa kaya ng budget pero soon po magkakaroon na this month or next month.
14.Open po ba for meet up?
Yes, either MOA or Double dragon.
15.Magkano shipping fee?
FREE SHIPPING po tayo, wala po kayong babayaran na SF either metro manila or any parts po ng luzon, visayas and mindanao.
16.Ilang days po bago mareceive order?
Kapag province po more or less 3-7 days, kapag around metro manila meron po tayo same day delivery.
17.Ano po ang cop at cod?
COP is cash on pick up, pupunta ka sa nearest branch ni LBC sa lugar nyo para ipick up ang unit. COD is cash on delivery,door to door po ang pagdeliver ng order nyo.
