- Act as the primary point of contact for school clients, managing all incoming inquiries and requests.
- Oversee requests from receipt to completion, ensuring consistent follow-up
- Collaborate with CSOs and internal teams to execute tasks, programs, and training activities.
- Maintain precise trackers, documentation, and calendars to ensure all deadlines are met without delay.
- Resolve routine issues independently, provide timely status updates, and suggest workflow improvements.
