📢 AIR GOLDS WIRED INTERNET SERVICES – SERVICE ADVISORY

Affected Area: Brgy. Nantangalan – Sitio Comimit Compound

Maaaring umabot pa po ng humigit-kumulang 2 days bago ma-fully restore ang internet connection sa apektadong area.

Ayon po sa technical team, nagkaroon po ng matinding pinsala sa mainline dahil end-to-end po ang naging sunog sa linya. Dahil dito, kinakailangan pong palitan at mag-install ng mas malaking wire upang masigurong maayos, stable, at ligtas ang magiging connection restoration.

Patuloy pong nagtatrabaho ang aming mga technicians para maibalik agad ang serbisyo as soon as possible. Humihingi po kami ng inyong pang-unawa at kaunting pasensya habang ongoing po ang repair and restoration.
