You’ll guide onboarding, provide training, conduct quarterly visits, uncover new opportunities, and ensure issues are resolved fast — all while earning commissions for the growth you help create.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead client onboarding after project acceptance.
• Conduct quarterly reviews and share platform updates.
• Coordinate free training and maintenance credits.
• Address and escalate client concerns quickly.
• Grow accounts through cross-sell and upsell — sales with a personal touch.
• Track satisfaction and platform usage metrics.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s in IT, Business, or related field.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• ITSM tool experience (Freshservice a plus).
• Certifications are an advantage.

Fresh off a successful run at the Freshworks APAC Partner Summit in Phu Quoc, The Boys of ALPS Technologies — joined by a very special guest, Mr. Rookie Nagtalon — took a well-earned detour to celebrate, recharge, and soak in the spirit of Vietnam. 🏆

Beyond the buzz of the summit, they explored the country’s vibrant culture and hidden gems. Highlights included Halal Amin, the Vietnam War Museum, and Oc Dao — a Michelin-Recommended restaurant for two straight years — all local favorites that offered not just great food, but unforgettable experiences.

One unforgettable thrill? A ride on the world’s longest cable car — soaring above turquoise waters and lush islands, offering a view as epic as the journey that brought them here.

From sharing stories over sizzling plates to trading laughs on the road, this trip wasn’t just a break — it was a toast to hard work, friendship, and the quiet satisfaction of a job well done.
