After much consideration, Louie and I have decided to let go of the first house we acquired. We thought about it carefully, but we realized that we can no longer wait any longer to move into our own home.
Na-acquire namin ang property na ito noong 2020, at natapos naming bayaran ang equity noong November 2021. Originally, nabili namin ito ng almost ₱1.7M, pero ngayon ang bentahan sa area ay nasa around ₱2.4M na.
Ongoing na ang construction. Ang unit namin ay nasa Block 6, at kasalukuyang ginagawa ang Block 5, kasunod na ang Block 6. As per the agent, this year din daw sisimulan ang Block 6.
For those who are interested, equity amount lang ang gusto naming mabawi, then the remaining balance can be loaned through Pag-IBIG. Since mas mababa na ang loanable amount, possible na around ₱12k monthly lang ang magiging amortization.

Madali lang ang transfer process through a letter of transfer.
