Here’s why you should consider using it for your business: 👌

1. Chatbots work anytime! Even if a customer makes an inquiry outside working hours, they could still get a response from your social media page.

2. Setting up a smart chatbot can help in resolving problems faster.

3. It generates leads automatically as you engage with your customers.

4. You can prepare answers for frequently asked questions so that users can simply see what the responses are.

However, since it feels different from interacting with someone, it has its own set of disadvantages. 👇

1. Not all queries can be answered by a chatbot.

2. Repeating bot responses might annoy the users.

3. Some features of Chatbots are paid.

4. Chatbots do not store past conversations making the user repeat their previous requests.

How do you start a social media community?🔆

The first thing you should think about is the platform you'll be using. You have the option of using popular social media networks such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, or Instagram.

It's an important consideration since you need to guarantee that you'll be communicating with the right people on the right platform. 💬

Consider inviting people you trust to support you. Ask them to respond with your postings to make community building easier because initial audiences can help you in establishing your credibility and reputation. 🙏

Then, try to do client prospecting, send 📧 email invites even to people you currently do business with or before. Whenever they join, welcome them. It’s a simple gesture yet it matters.

When posting contents on your community, use call to actions linking to your social media accounts, or website. 💯

Don’t forget to use hashtags! It helps in the promotion of your content to new audiences. Use hashtags specific to your community to persuade people to follow
you more. 👌

What is community building in social media? 😮

Why is it important in terms of engagements?

On Facebook groups, you could see a simple way to describe a social media community.

People join groups because they believe the members have similar interests, goals, or even attitudes.

It creates a sense of connection with others. 🙌

Engaging with your audiences on social media pages you manage is much different from the engagements you have inside a social media community.

Imagine you're in a meeting. 🧑‍💻

The social media accounts serve as the speaker, sharing relevant information, delivering strong messages, and effectively communicating. 📣

You're waiting for questions and clarifications but you didn’t receive any.

You have audiences, those who come to listen but do not completely participate.

Do you think the meeting was a success? NO. 😬

However, if there are active participants in that meeting who want to interact with you by asking questions. It’s like what social media communities do.

It’s more interesting. Isn't it? 👏

Social Media Scheduling Tool I use in managing four (4) social media platforms. 👌🏻

During the 21-day campaign of my intensive social media marketing training, I was able to explore four (4) social media scheduling tools.

I used Plannable in the first week to schedule posts on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. This tool is easy to use because it allows you to sync content across all of our social media channels. Because of that, text editing has become much easier.

Up until the final week of my campaign, I tried exploring with Meta Business Suite for Instagram and Facebook, Social Sprout for LinkedIn, and TweetDeck for Twitter postings. 📆

Although the features of this scheduling tool are comparable, we always prioritize tools that are "FREE" to use. 🙌🏻

Some of the tools I tried had restrictions not only in terms of the quantity of postings, but also in terms of social media account links.

However, if you have the budget, there are more features available to you. 💯

My SMM Training Experience ♥️💛

To be honest, I had no intention of becoming a freelancer before enrolling in the social media marketing program.

If you happen to be a member of my Group Page: The Creatives 👑 Freelancers: Social Media Management/Graphics Design during my first ever live, I shared my experiences before and why I got into freelancing. 🤣 (join now!)

During the training, I realized that maybe I could try being a freelancer.

Because… Why not? 🤣

The overall training brought out the best in me.

I was able to find skills that I was actually unaware of.

From making tutorial videos to sharing Instagram Reels and TikTok content.

All of these were totally new to me. 😬

I figured out how to write strong proposals, establish a community, and prospect for clients.

I learned how to build my own social media agency in order to show that I have the skills and capabilities to be a social media manager.

Here are some reasons why you should give it a try. 👌🏻

📌 Time management is the primary reason that scheduling is an option for anyone. Depending on the platform, scheduling tools allow you to plan up to a month in advance or even more.

You can also access many social media sites at the same time, saving you time as well as the hassle of logging in to each one separately.

📌 Flexibility- Since you can select a specific date and time, it helps in the establishment of more engagements and a greater reach. Some tools can even recommend the best time to publish your content.

However, It also has its downsides: ☹️

📌Scheduled postings can sometimes mean that you can miss out on the opportunity to quickly reply and interact with your audiences.

📌 It might also be a disadvantage in terms of social awareness because it practically changes on a daily basis. Creating advanced postings may put you at risk.

You have to make an impression and a portfolio should be a way for you to showcase your accomplishments and past projects.

You can also include some testimonials if you happen to do some work related to your skills from friends, or testimonials from previous clients if you happen to have one.

Next to that is to create a proposal. 📝

If you know how to develop a strong selling point for your skills, creating proposals will help you stand out.

Start by creating a great proposal template that you may change if you wish to send it to several job postings.

However, you should keep in mind that some clients will be looking for specific things in your offers.

Show your honesty, passion, and professionalism all at once. 🤗🙌

Since there are many different paths you can choose to be successful as a freelancer these days,

I created this guide to some of the most typical sticking points I encountered.

The first thing is deciding and understanding what skills you can offer. 🤔

If you have not yet decided, you can ask yourself questions like, how can I solve a person’s problem with the skills that I have?

or Can I make a difference if I choose to offer my skills?

Then, set your target audience. 📌😀

Look for a description who will most likely fit with the services you have.

It’s important to know your audiences to know where you can start looking for solutions to the common problems they encounter.

After that, Evaluate yourself on how you would price your services. 👌🏻

If you don’t know how, you can consider your experiences, especially if you have training and seminars that would be an advantage for them to hire you.
