In April 2020, the Founder thought of opening a business because her husband has been working with multiple projects and he needs people to work for him. Since outsourcing and working-from-home have become common practices these days and
many Filipinos lose their jobs, why not start with helping them? The Founder and her High School friend, who is now the Co-Owner of the company decided to team up to open an Outsourcing company based in the Philippines. The Founder is a Natural-born Filipino who studied in different countries and is currently living in Belgium. The Philippines is one of the most Western countries in Asia. Not everyone is aware of this, but most Filipinos are smart, dedicated, passionate, and hardworking especially when being recognized and appreciated. No wonder why many Filipinos employed abroad are successful in their chosen fields. Rizal, our National Hero said, “Ang hindi marunong lumingon sa pinanggalingan, ay hindi makakarating sa paroroonan”. In English, “He who does not know how to look back from where he came from, will never get to his destination”. The Founder believes that success can be achieved by taking credit from where someone came from. Having “gratitude” is considered as one of the keys to victory. In February 2022, after months of thinking what the company name should be, completing and submitting legal documents, our company was registered and named, KULISAW I.T. Services. Why KULISAW?
