We're currently looking for skilled individuals for the following roles:

๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ฝ๐ผ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ฏ๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ฒ๐:
-Oversee and manage construction activities related to fiber installation.
-Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and timelines.
-Prepare, review, and update project plans, reports, and documentation.
-Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project team for smooth operations.
๐ค๐๐ฎ๐น๐ถ๐ณ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐:
-Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC).
-Experience in construction projects (telecommunications/fiber projects an advantage).
-Strong knowledge of project planning, site supervision, and construction management.
-Excellent communication and leadership skills.
๐น๐๐๐ ๐ข๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐๐ผ๐ฟ (๐๐ผ๐ฟ๐ถ๐๐ผ๐ป๐๐ฎ๐น ๐๐ถ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฐ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐ฎ๐น ๐๐ฟ๐ถ๐น๐น๐ถ๐ป๐ด)
๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ฝ๐ผ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ฏ๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ฒ๐:
-Operate HDD machine for underground fiber optic installation.
-Interpret drilling plans, locate utilities, and ensure proper bore paths.
-Perform daily equipment checks and ensure proper maintenance.
-Work closely with the civil team to meet safety and quality standards.
๐ค๐๐ฎ๐น๐ถ๐ณ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐:
-At least 2 years of experience operating HDD machines (e.g., Vermeer, Ditch Witch).
-Familiar with reading bore logs and utility maps.
-Knowledge of HDD safety protocols.
-Physically fit and willing to work in the field.

๐ ๐ฎ๐๐ผ๐ป: Perform masonry works related to civil or fiber construction; read plans and follow instructions; work with minimal supervision
๐๐ผ๐ป๐๐๐ฟ๐๐ฐ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป ๐๐ฒ๐น๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ฟ: Assist in various site activities; support skilled workers; follow safety guidelines
๐ค๐๐ฎ๐น๐ถ๐ณ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐ (๐ ๐ฎ๐๐ผ๐ป):
-Relevant masonry experience (civil/fiber projects preferred).
-Able to read plans and follow site instructions.
-Can work independently with minimal supervision.

-No experience required (experience preferred).
