We would like to inform all our valued clients that we are currently experiencing a loss of internet connection.
Please be advised that the issue is not within our local line, but originates from our network provider. According to their report, the interruption was caused by a line damage during ongoing maintenance, at BARANGAY SUMALAG where a major cable from the NAP (Network Access Point) was accidentally cut and pulled.
At this time, the repair team is already aware of the situation, and we are closely coordinating with them while awaiting restoration of services.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your patience and understanding as the issue is being resolved.
