Please be advised that we are currently experiencing a total internet service interruption affecting residents and businesses in La Purisima, Nabua.

Status Details

>Issue: Connectivity Loss / No Signal

>Cause: Confirmed fiber cable break and related tower technical issues.

Affected Area: Brgy. La Purisima Nabua and immediate neighboring vicinities.

What is Happening?
Our technical teams are already on-site and working to repair the severed fiber lines and stabilize the tower equipment.

Because this involves physical damage to the infrastructure, restoration is taking a bit more time than a standard software reboot.

Estimated Recovery
We are working to have services back online as soon as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience this causes for those working from home, students, and local businesses.

ABISO SA MGA KLIYENTE

Dahil sa paparating na bagyong Opong ngayong Biyernes, pansamantala po naming ibababa ang aming mga antenna at solar panel upang maiwasan ang pinsala sa aming mga kagamitan lalo na sa mga nakalagay sa mataas na bundok.

Asahan po ang pansamantalang pagkawala ng internet connection, partikular sa mga gumagamit ng antenna o P2P connection. Ibabalik po namin agad ang serbisyo pagkatapos ng bagyo.

Humihingi po kami ng pang-unawa sa abalang dulot nito. Nawa’y maging ligtas po tayong lahat at patuloy tayong manalangin.
