The National Telecommunications Commission issued Memorandum Order (No. 003-04-2025)
Purpose:
Ensure uninterrupted and secure electronic transmission of election results via the Automated Election System (AES), as mandated by law (RA No. 8436 as amended by RA No. 9369).
Importance of Telecom Services:
Telecom services and infrastructure are crucial for transmitting election results, especially with expected heavy usage by government agencies, volunteers, and candidates.
Inline with the contents of the Memorandum, Fiberniwan Limay Bataan will be complying to the below Directives:
1. Complete all network-related work by 02 May 2025.
2. Suspend all installations, repairs, and maintenance from 05 May (Monday) to 14 May (Wednesday) 2025.
3. Emergency Repairs will still be allowed with proper alignment and notification to NTC and COMELEC.
We assure our valued customers that Fiberniwan Limay Bataan will fully comply with NTC Memorandum Order No. 003-04-2025.
All network maintenance will be completed before 02 May 2025, and suspended from 05 to 14 May to ensure uninterrupted service during the elections.
