πTerms and Conditions β Home Service Computer & Laptop Repair
By availing of our home service, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. **Service Coverage
Our home service includes diagnostics, repair, and basic maintenance of desktop and laptop computers, subject to the availability of parts and service tools.
2. **Service Scheduling
Home service visits must be scheduled at least 3 days in advance. This allows us to properly coordinate technician availability and prepare any necessary tools or parts.
3. **Service Fee
A fixed **β±500 service fee will be charged per visit, regardless of whether the issue is resolved or not. This fee covers the technicianβs time, effort, and transportation.
4. **Repair Charges
If additional repairs, parts, or software solutions are needed, a **separate quotation** will be provided before any work is done. No charges beyond the service fee will be incurred without the client's approval.
5. **Scope Limitations
We will do our best to diagnose and repair issues, but we cannot guarantee a fix in cases such as:
* Severe hardware damage
* Water or physical damage beyond repair
* Outdated or unsupported hardware
* Software piracy or unlicensed operating systems
6. **Client Responsibility
Please ensure someone 18 years old and above is present during the technicianβs visit. Clients are advised to back up important files before service. We are **not liable for data loss** during repairs.
7. **Cancellations / Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling must be requested at least 13 hours before the appointment. Cancellations made beyond this time may incur a β±300 cancellation fee.
8. **Service Warranty
Repairs performed include a 7-day service warranty for the same issue. This warranty does not apply to:
* New or unrelated issues
* Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or tampering
* Software corruption after service
9. **Payment Terms
Full payment is due immediately after the service is completed, via cash, GCash, or bank transfer.
