Due to a recent issue with AWS services, our platform experienced an unexpected downtime lasting about 2–3 hours. We understand how much you rely on us, and we’re truly sorry for the inconvenience this caused.

While the cause of the disruption was related to external infrastructure, we take full responsibility for ensuring your experience remains smooth and uninterrupted. Our team has already started strengthening our systems, upgrading our infrastructure, and developing new fallback solutions to make sure this kind of issue never happens again.

What happened today reminded us of why constant improvement matters — because you trust us to deliver, and that trust is something we take seriously.
