Service Advisory

Due to the flash flooding that affected parts of Davao last night, several members of our technical team from the Talomo area are unable to report for work today as they focus on cleaning up their homes and taking care of their families.

Our customer support team will continue to accommodate inquiries until 5:00 PM today. However, technical diagnostics and repair services will be limited as we are operating with a reduced technical team.
