π’ Service Update
Our customer brought in two system units for troubleshooting and repair. Hereβs a summary of our findings and work completed:
π₯οΈ System Unit #1
β’ Diagnosed a defective motherboard due to a burned IC component
β’ Identified a faulty CPU fan, which caused a no-display issue
π₯οΈ System Unit #2
β’ Initially had no display
β’ Found a defective external GPU
β’ Restored functionality using a working GPU from System Unit #1
After confirming one system unit was fully functional, we asked for the customerβs approval to proceed with repairing the second unit. We also requested confirmation to perform a full system reformat, including deletion of all files from both SSD and HDD. Upon approval, we continued the process. The customer also requested us to check for any reusable parts from the defective unit.
