American Customer Care, founded in 1986, acquired Premiere Response in 2009. Since then, the combined company has grown exponentially, partnering with our clients for long-term success.
In the Philippines, ACC Premiere has chosen Clark, Pampanga, to be its first site. Why? Because Clark Special Economic Zone found itself in history books as the birthplace of outsourcing customer service work in the Philippines, specifically for America Online in the late 1990s.
