It is already happening.

This year, nagsimula na magtaasan prices ng mga smartphones, tabs and other devices due to memory shortage and AI demands and it will continue to increase before this year ends.

Panda's advice: Like Gadget Sidekick, if you have the budget, better upgrade your phone now before magtaasan ulit prices. If your target phone is medyo mahal na, try to look for previous year models na decent pa specs na good pa for 3 - 4 years usage.

We've already witnessed the sudden increase of Poco phone prices, particularly the newly released F8 and X8 series, and eventually other brands will follow really soon.

This is not to scare or pressure you to buy - this is to inform you just in case you're not aware.

To those who trusted us, thank you very much and congratulations on getting decent units at lower prices bago nagtaasan prices (especially yung sa mga poco models 🤝👍)

With the recent price increase of POCO and Apple devices, it is expected na pati ibang brands magsisitaasan na rin.

Panda's advice: if you have the budget now, better get a decent specs mobile device now that you'll enjoy using for a couple of years before magsitaasan prices, or if may available na last year model phones na maganda specs, goods na rin.

Patikim pa lang itong 2026 price increase. 🥲

Reality Check: Due to AI demands and memory shortage, mobile phone prices are affected and will continue increase especially for newly released ones (example, POCO and Apple).

With that in mind, Panda would advice to get last year phone models with decent specs or if you prefer new releases this year, get it while prices are still not increasing.
