⤷ Pre-orders are open Sunday–Thursday.
⤷ Processing happens Friday–Sunday.
⤷ Standard orders have no fixed ETA (willing to wait only).

⬩ Payment:
⤷ Strictly payment first (50% down payment or full payment) via GCash or Maya.
⤷ Full payment is required before delivery.

⬩ Refunds:
⤷ Strictly no refunds for cancellations.
⤷ For items damaged at delivery, a clear unboxing video is required for any refund or replacement.

⬩ Rush Orders:
⤷ Prioritized but require an extra fee ranging from ₱500 to ₱3,000 (negotiable based on size and ETA).

⬩ Delivery:
⤷ No meetup fees within a 10km radius of Marikina (fees apply outside).
⤷ Courier shipping (Lalamove, LBC, J&T) is shouldered by the client.

⬩ Warranty:
⤷ 4 months warranty included, but strictly excludes water damage, drops, or physical mishandling.
