We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales and Marketing Officer with 2–3 years of
experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will have excellent computer skills, strong
communication abilities, and a passion for driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
✅Market research: Identify new opportunities, analyse trends, and provide insights to
strengthen our market position.
✅ Campaign management: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across
digital and traditional platforms.
✅ Client engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring
satisfaction and repeat business.
✅ Sales strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed
targets.
✅ Digital presence: Enhance the company’s online visibility through social media,
website updates, and digital advertising.
✅ Creative collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to design
innovative promotional materials and campaigns.
✅ Performance reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales and marketing activities,
highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
* 2–3 years of proven experience in sales and marketing roles.
* Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing
tools.
*Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Results-driven mindset with a proactive approach.
* Work on weekends especially on Saturdays
