سلطنة عُمان تسجل تقدُّما جديدًا في مؤشر نضوج الخدمات الحكومية الإلكترونية والنقالة للعام 2025 إلى 75% 📈؛ أداة التقييم المعيارية التي أطلقتها لجنة الأمم المتحدة الاقتصادية والاجتماعية لغربي آسيا (الإسكوا).. مُواصِلةً مسيرة التطوير والابتكار نحو خدمات حكومية أكثر تكاملًا وكفاءة.

A milestone reflecting accelerated digital transformation and an enhanced beneficiary experience.
The Sultanate of Oman has recorded further progress in the 2025 Government Electronic and Mobile Services Maturity Index (GEMS), achieving a score of 75% 📈. Developed by the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Western Asia (ESCWA), the Index serves as a benchmark assessment tool for measuring the maturity of digital government services. This achievement reflects Oman’s continued commitment to advancing innovation and delivering more integrated, efficient, and user-centric government services.

ضمن جهودها المتواصلة لتعزيز جاهزية الكفاءات الحكومية لمواكبة متطلبات التحول الرقمي، نظَّمت وزارة النقل والاتصالات وتقنية المعلومات، ضمن برنامج "ارتقاء"، حلقة عمل بعنوان " الابتكار في التحول الرقمي". ركَّزت على تطبيق منهجيات الابتكار، وتوظيف التقنيات الرقمية والذكاء الاصطناعي، وتبنِّي التصميم المتمحور حول الإنسان؛ بما يعزز تطوير خدمات رقمية أكثر كفاءة، ومرونة، واستجابة لاحتياجات المستفيدين.

In line with its ongoing efforts to strengthen the readiness of government competencies to meet the evolving demands of digital transformation, the Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technology organised a workshop titled "Innovation in Digital Transformation" as part of the Ertiqa programme.
The workshop focused on applying innovation methodologies, leveraging digital technologies and artificial intelligence, and adopting a human-centred design approach to support the development of more efficient, agile and user-centric digital services.
