With a jailbroken PS4 you can back up games to the hard drive and play without ever needing the disc again. In order to back up the games, you will need a FAT32 or an exFat USB Flash Drive (or portal HDD) big enough to dump your disc game + a computer with Windows (preferred) to build a PKG from your dump. Once you get a PKG file, you will have to install it back to your PS4 to be able to play.

You can also install homebrews and emulators.
Note: You must not update it to the later firmware if you want to keep the console exploitable for Jailbreak. It is the buyer's responsibility to keep the console on the proper firmware to jail-brake the firmware. No return for updated consoles.
Since the console is not on the latest firmware, this console is for offline use only. You can not connect to PlayStation Network or play online.
To keep it legal, no software/game is included. You can download from forums like PSXhax or any similar sites.
