Test your ideas before you commit
One of the biggest misconceptions about introducing a Professional Development system is that it has to be rolled out to everyone at once.

It doesn't. In fact, some of the most successful implementations begin with just a handful of people.

Think small first

Imagine introducing a new process to hundreds of staff without knowing exactly how it will work in practice. Questions immediately arise.

Small feature. Big time-saver.

When people record their CPD or professional development activities, one of the most common frustrations is entering the same details again and again.

So in PD able we built a smart search feature.
