Having a meltdown over the Art Direction for Lorana’s new EP 🥶 “Raging Storms Turned To Beach Weather” is all about emotional thawing, so naturally we took to the freezer 🧊

The initial designs are minimal, handmade collages featuring photos from the writing process and handset typewriter text. We also included a stamp Lorana sourced in New York City back in 2023 🗽

It’s been a year since I left the dance music side of the industry, so when Enzo is Burning reached out to work on his new brand, it felt familiar and exciting at the same time.

The initial explorations are usually my favourite stage (see the last slide) but this scenario was different, as we dove into event posters and single artwork straight after. A pink world started to take shape 🩷

The final GATTI wordmark is handwritten by me and tweaked in illustrator. I’ve also included the longform wordmark for Great Art Takes Time Idiot.

Thanks Brad Bennett for allowing me time to explore different options and directions! The best work really does take time 🫶

From fan to collaborator. Ten years of following Average Rob’s work, this year I finally got to work with him! 🇧🇪🫶

A Belgian legend and a global phenomenon. From the early Photoshop jokes and Humo sketches to his YouTube career; I’ve been there for all of it.
Our paths crossed thanks to Kato van Hassel and some LinkedIn luck. Very grateful I got to design a crewneck for his latest merch drop.

The biggest branding project I’ve ever done. And honestly, I had no idea what I was getting into!

It’s been a year since I’ve joined the wonderful team at Something Something and I couldn’t be happier with my impact so far. Rebranding the whole company has been my main occupation for the past twelve months. From research to the first directions, to designing about 100 options using many different sans serifs and even more handwritten variations. Swipe to the end to see some of these early iterations!

A logo is just the start; I knew that in theory, but never truly felt it until now. Over 1000 scribbles later, I had built a strong set of illustrations to accompany our brand. These were then used to freshen up our internal documents, website (thanks Martin Crandon), door stickers, pitching decks (thanks Alex Forsey), and so much more.

Excited to maintain and grow the brand whilst we expand the business 🫶
