I am taking an autumn break.

Coming week I am going to paint a ceiling, I think.
And we're also going to Oslo for a couple of days to visit the Munch museum and go to the Høstsabbat festival.

Really looking forward to that, so I am taking a small break from work and instagram.

My webshop stays open though, you can place orders and they will be shipped when I get back. No worries!

I really enjoyed making this months Mail Club lino print. The inspiration was right on our doorstep. How can I not make a design with a porcini and an oak leaf?

I decided on 2 colors, orange and brown, because hello autumn. I luckily had just enough brown paper for this months members!

Now that my members count is still not too high I am able to experiment with multicolor prints, reduction print, puzzle print, you name it. I don't think I will be able to do that anymore when I reach 100 members, but we'll see.

The hunt on moose has officially started last week in our area. We saw the hunters sitting on chairs at the edge of a field, holding their guns and probably a walky talky. I think the way they hunt is they try to get the moose out of the forest to a place where they can easily shoot them. So drifters in the woods. There are a lot of rules about how and in what place.

But the thing is, we have seen at least 4 different moose on our wildcam last weeks, eating our apples. A family enjoying being in our garden. And I think with the hunt going on, at least one of them won't make it.

Just to honor the Swedish Apple Moose, buy a print! Unfortunately I can't stop the hunt on them, but at least you can enjoy them on a wall the proper way. Not as a cut off head 🫎

Sidenote: yes I know the hunt is neccessary.

My week in some pictures.

It started super sunny and warm so I enjoyed being outdoors and roam the forest. Saw some bear p**p! 😱

Send out this months mail club and “printed” some mushrooms. Also picked all the chantarelles from our garden and a cabbage and some brussel sprouts.

We started on removing wallpapet from one of the upstairs rooms we weren’t using yet. There was beautiful old wallpaper underneath.

And the first snow! Didn’t expect that!

Also had a meeting with the FAN 2 writers.

The drawings I made for my clients after our sessions is how I see them as a person. What I think they need or have grown into. This is pure intuitive, just like the drawings they make during the sessions. Raw. Simple. From the heart. No right or wrong, just getting out of your head and draw what you feel.

Today I said it out loud:

"When I have 100 Mail Club members I would have a steady income"
And by a steady income I mean I could pay for all our groceries every month.

That would be so amazing. To be able to design a print every month, just for those lucky 100. Write a letter, knowing 100 people will read about my life and inspiration. Writing 100 envelopes and decorate them with cute Swedish stamps, knowing that the receiver feels special getting a handwritten envelope in the mail.

Will you help me reach my goal?

You can sign up till the end of the day (October 4th) and tomorrow I will start printing the design I made for this October issue and write and pack all the envelopes.
