DIGITAL & AI SUMMIT ORGANISED BY NAZAS IN PARTNERSHIP WITH BT HUB....

On Monday, BT-HUB had the opportunity to join the Digital and AI Innovation Summit, organised by the National Association of Zazzau Students (NAZAS), where we delivered a session focused on Artificial Intelligence (AI): Are we only going to use AI, or are we going to learn how to create with it?

AI is already changing how we learn, work, communicate and solve problems. But beyond knowing how to prompt an AI tool or generate an answer, there is a bigger opportunity for young people: to understand the technology behind AI and become creators of solutions powered by it.

During the session, we explored what it means to move from being an AI user to becoming an AI creator.

The curiosity, questions and engagement from the students made the session particularly meaningful.

At BT-HUB, we remain committed to creating opportunities where young people can move beyond simply using technology to understanding it, creating with it and using it to solve problems.

Meet Zayd Muhammad, one of our students at BT Hub Class 1 (Embedded Systems class) as part of our Kids Coding and Robotics Program.

Throughout Cohort 2, Zayd has been exploring the exciting world of embedded systems, learning how technology works beyond the screen and how ideas can be transformed into real, working projects.
From learning the fundamentals to building and experimenting with technology, every class has been a step toward becoming a confident young innovator.

Yesterday, we celebrated more than the completion of another training cohort at BT-Hub Centre for Digital Skills & Technology.

We celebrated 83 young minds who learned, built, demonstrated and created with technology.

At the KIDS CODING, ROBOTICS & BOOTCAMP BITEX (BT-Hub Innovation & Technology Expo), held at the BT-Hub Annex – Business & Innovation Centre, Zaria, our young innovators showcased practical projects across different areas of technology, including:

Embedded Systems
Website Design & Development
Software Development
Game Development
App Development
Digital Production
Coding & Robotics
And other technology-driven innovations

From Learning to Building, These children did not just attend classes.

They built projects.
They solved problems.
They presented their ideas.
They demonstrated their skills.
And they earned their certificates.

The event also marked the closing ceremony of the completed cohort and the opening of a new intake for our forthcoming:

We’ve officially concluded our 3-Week Educational Technology Bootcamp, where participants explored digital tools, innovative teaching strategies, and practical ways to integrate technology into the classroom.
